1. About us

Cambiyo is operated by Fasttrack Pumps Limited (trading as Cambiyo), registered in England and Wales, company number 16294467. Our registered office is at Kinetic Business Centre, Theobald Street, Borehamwood, Herts, England, WD6 4PJ.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Cambiyo website at cambiyo.app and any pre-launch purchases made through it. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Fasttrack Pumps Limited. References to "you" or "your" mean the person accessing the site or making a purchase.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Cambiyo website or making a pre-launch purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or make a purchase. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

3. The service

Cambiyo is an on-demand English conversation platform that will connect learners with verified native English speakers via video call on a pay-per-minute basis. The platform has not yet launched. The site currently exists in pre-launch mode only.

We are targeting a launch in July 2026. This date is an estimate and may change. We will notify all waitlist subscribers and pre-launch purchasers of any material changes to our launch timeline.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Cambiyo website or make a purchase. By using the site or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who misrepresents their age.

5. Pre-launch purchases

We currently offer two pre-launch paid tiers:

Pre-launch purchases are commitments made in advance of the platform going live. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying in anticipation of a service that does not yet exist, and that delivery is subject to the platform launching successfully.

6. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees — these are outside our control. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the stated amount.

7. Refund policy

We offer the following refund guarantees:

• —Launch guarantee: If Cambiyo does not launch within 6 months of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of your purchase price, no questions asked.
• —Post-launch credits: Any unused conversation credits purchased as part of a Founders' Pack are refundable within 30 days of the platform's launch date, if you decide the service is not for you.
• —No other refunds: Outside of the above guarantees, pre-launch purchases are non-refundable, as they represent a commitment made in advance of the service going live.

To request a refund, email privacy@cambiyo.app with your order details. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Waitlist

Joining the free waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform. Access will be granted in queue order as capacity allows following launch. You can improve your queue position by referring friends via your unique referral link. We reserve the right to adjust queue mechanics at any time, including to prevent abuse. We will notify you by email when your spot becomes available.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the Cambiyo website to:

• —Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• —Attempt to abuse the referral system through fake accounts or self-referrals.
• —Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site or its infrastructure.
• —Violate any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right to remove any user from the waitlist or cancel any purchase without refund if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Cambiyo name, logo, brand, copy, and design — is owned by or licensed to Fasttrack Pumps Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this site without our prior written permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Cambiyo site and any pre-launch commitments are provided in good faith. However:

• —We make no guarantee that the platform will launch on any specific date.
• —The features, pricing, and benefits described on the site may change before or after launch.
• —The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fasttrack Pumps Limited's total liability to you in connection with the Cambiyo site or any pre-launch purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a delayed or cancelled launch, beyond the refund guarantees set out in Section 7.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
